Ordering

Shopping at Acorns and Twigs is easy and secure! Placing an online order requires just a few steps:

- Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Add to Cart button from the product detail page.

- You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.

-Once you are finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart at the top right corner of the page, and follow the prompts to check out. 

- You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number. 

Note: Acorns and Twigs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Acorns and Twigs, at our own sole discretion, may limit or cancel quantities purchased by a single person, shipping/billing address, or per order. If your order is cancelled, we will do everything we can to notify you using the email address or telephone number provided at the time of order placement.


Also note, you are charged immediately upon placing the order, this saves your spot in line.

If you have set up an account with Acorns and Twigs, you can sign in to check your order status.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information.

You can track your shipment through the carrier using this information.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

In the unlikely event unauthorized charges do appear on your account as a result of shopping at AcornsAndTwigs.com, you should notify your credit card provider immediately.

When you register, we collect your first and last name, mailing address, phone number (optional), and email address. This information is used to respond to your requests, contact you if necessary, and, if you wish, send you emails or mail about sales, promotions, and other special events.

Yes! We can take your order over the phone at 641-630-1850 during business hours.

If you see the pre-order button on the product page, you are able to purchase an out of stock item, and we will ship as soon as the item is available.

Please note, you are charged immediately upon placing the order, this saves your spot in line.

Some items are marked as sold out, and cannot be pre-ordered at this time. This is because we cannot confidently expect the item to be restocked in a timely manner. Please check the website often for restocks!

If we believe an item will remain out of stock longer than 8 weeks, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the item.

Once your order has been submitted we are unable to make any changes. Please double check that your shipping and billing information is correct before placing your order.

Let's give it another 24 hours. Sometimes the tracking gets ahead of the package (odd I know).

Often in situations like this, the package does end up getting delivered the next day.

If it still isn't in your hands after 24 hours, please feel free to contact us.

If your package has shown no movement on the tracking page for over two weeks, then please reach out to us.

If you purchased package protection, we will reship your order.

If you did not puchase package protection, then you will need to reach out to the post office or UPS and file a claim, as we cannot be held responsible for their mistake of loosing your package.

If your order content was damaged in-transit please contact us to report a damaged shipment.

It is possible your shipment was split based on product availability, and that the missing items will be shipped when they become available. Your shipment confirmation will include a list of all products included in your shipment. To track your order, please use our Order History by signing in to your account.

Please contact us to report an incomplete shipment, and we will check the status of your missing items.

It is most helpful to have pictures of the packing slip, the package and the contents when investigating what happened to your order. Sending us those right away will speed things up!

Yes! We ship internationally. Please understand that custom charges are the buyer's responsibility and that packages traveling overseas can take up to 6-10 weeks.

Note: we can not accept any returns on our flutes, due to hygiene reasons. And digital items are also non refundable, due to the nature of the product.

To report a problem please contact us here.

To clarify we do not process exchanges. Instead, we have a return and repurchase process. You return your item(s) then you can reorder at your convenience. This way you are not required to wait for your item(s) to be returned to get your new items without the risk of them selling out.
Please note, according to our return policy the buyer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping is non refundable.

Once we received the item(s), and we have inspected them for "still new" qualities we will issue a full refund, exclusive original shipping costs.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Please Remember, due to hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns on any of our flutes.

Most likely, nothing is wrong. All website pages are subject to change, so the URL may be outdated, or the link may be incorrect. Changes happen more frequently with product pages, as we sell out of styles, update sales, and add new products. If you are searching for a specific product, please use ourSearch page, or to browse, please visit the AcornsAndTwigs.com homepage.

For any technical difficulties you are experiencing with our website, please contact us or try back in an hour or so.

Also, our experience shows that using a different device and/or browser helps. Google Chrome is a tried and true option.

Please include your name, address, phone/fax # and e-mail address, along with wholesale pricing and information about your company. Our review process can often take 3 to 6 months. We'll send you an acknowledgment email letting you know that we did receive your submission. If we are interested in carrying it, we'll contact you. Due to the number of submissions we receive, we ask that you do not call us to ask about the status of your submission. Samples or photographs sent to us will not be returned to you. Please be sure to include your email address with your submission.

We are in Centerville, Iowa which is in the southeast part of the state, right on the boarder to Missouri.

Subscription Box Questions

Yes, currently the subscription is only for the larger 10" PRO size.

We do have the smaller loop box in the planning for a launch as soon as production allows!

Yes! You can easily pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

To pause/skip or cancel, simply log into your account and mange your subscription yourself.

Your first payment will get charged immediately after you place your order, after that all payments process on the 1st of every month. 

All subscriptions ship by the end of each month. The contents are themed for the following month.

Meaning for example, April's box will ship by end of March. This assures that you will be getting holiday sensitive themes in time to make and decorate before the holiday. This is especially important for holidays like Easter (April 4th) or 4th of July. 

Yes, everything is ready to go and user-friendly!

All you need is a large, 10" PRO sized loom and the tools that come with it (crochet hook and metal hook), which is available in our store, and will be offered to you before you check out to make sure you have everything you need to hit the ground running.

Yes, you'll be able to use your information for the billing portion and add your grandchild, friend, sister etc. in for shipping details. 

If you are purchasing multiple boxes (perhaps one for yourself and one for a friend), we ask you place two separate orders so the shipping labels don't get mixed up. 

We are more than happy to assist you with this, if needed.

Yes, you can log in to your account on the www.acornsandtwigs.com shopping website and update your personal information.

Acorns & Twigs is our main store front, and will be where you place your order for your subscription box (this is helpful incase you also want to order other items in the store, you only need to check out once).

Please keep the following in mind:

You may cancel at any time!

Charges are on the 1st of every month, and you will get a complementary email 3 days before the next charge as a heads up.

Once charged, that month's box cannot be canceled/refunded.

So for example, if you send us an email on the 3rd of the month wishing to cancel, it will be effective immediately. You will still get that month's box (since you were already charged for it) but no further boxes.

I'm afraid we cannot accept returns on subscription boxes.
