Can I quit at any time?

I'd hate to see you go, but of course, you can! No questions asked. You'll continue to receive the membership benefits for the year/month you've paid. Unfortunately, we can't reimburse pro-rated amounts for the remaining year of your current year's membership fee.

This is a recurring subscription. We will email annual members a reminder to you 30 days and 3 days before your renewal date.

Love the products and the color choices 8n the boxes. My son has commadeered my loom and is having a great time weaving.

I’m surprised at how much I like the white and rainbow patterns.

Great Quality

Vibrant colors!

I selected a mixed loop package and a handful of single colors for my first order. My experience with these loops came with a pro sized loom I purchased in 2015 but didn’t even open until last month! These loops are of such high quality there is no comparison to the “loops of old” with ragged cuts and tons of loose threads not to mention the uneven color. I’m not sure I’ll buy another brand of loops ever again. I look forward to expanding my designs with the cool mix of available colors.

Daffodil

My last order was for loops in 17 different colors. All but one were received as expected. Daffodil came in a color unlike the buttery vibrant color I've received in the past. Dull, green-tinted, off, and ugly are adjectives that can be used to describe this batch. They are so different that I feel like there is no way I can display for sale potholders made from the original daffodil loops along side those made from this shipment of loops. I am disappointed in both the color of these loops as well as Jennifer's response when I reached out. She basically placed the blame on Friendly Loom without suggesting any recourse to take to rectify the issue. I get that ultimately FL is responsible, but how about servicing YOUR customer. I purchased these directly from Acorns & Twigs, and I feel Acorns & Twigs should be trying to help my situation. Although I've given a lot of business to Acorns & Twigs, I don't feel valued.

Love my loops

These are the only loops I will buy! I bought some generic loops from another company and they were so awful I returned them. My favorites are these bright rainbow loops. What fun!
