Fulfillment Assistant
Job Description
The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for managing our order fulfillment process, from receiving inventory to shipping orders to customers. This role is also responsible for stocking shelves and making craft kits.
Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment:
Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
Ensure that orders are shipped on time and accurately (within 3 days).
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the fulfillment process.
Inventory Management:
Receive inventory and stock shelves.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure that we have adequate stock to fulfill customer orders.
Develop and implement inventory management procedures to ensure accurate inventory counts and timely reordering of products.
Craft Kit Management:
Create and assemble craft kits for sale.
Monitor inventory levels of craft kit components to ensure that we have adequate stock to assemble kits.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the craft kit assembly process.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in fulfillment or warehouse management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in google docs and inventory management software.
Ability to lift and move heavy boxes.
