Membership Manager

 

We are hiring for a manager position for our new Keep On Crafting Memberships.

Help us promote, grow and manage our fiber art memberships. 

 

 Job Responsibilities: 

• Recruit, manage & coordinate fiber artists & teachers
• Help promote our membership on social media, email marketing, ads and on our website.
• Manage the backend of our subscription programs, FB group and member management. 
• Manage the crafty sides of our blog
• Organize kit supplies and fulfillment
• Track Analytics
• Annual theme planning
• Work closely with our members and teachers to assure the best possible learning experience for all.

Job Requirements: 

• Genuinely excited to help customers
• Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
• Natural Problem Solver
• Confident at troubleshooting and willing to investigate if you don't have enough information
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 
• Strong attention to detail
• Passionate crafter is a bonus!
• Proficient computer skills
