Stockmar XL Modeling Beeswax is ideal for hands-on art and creative modeling with larger sheets of wax. The warmth of your hands softens the beeswax, allowing it to be shaped into figures, forms, and other creations. Once cooled, the wax holds its shape and can be warmed and reshaped for future projects.
The larger sheet size provides more continuous material to work with compared with Stockmar's standard 15-sheet box. This makes the XL format particularly useful when creating larger forms or working on projects that benefit from a bigger starting piece.
Stockmar Modeling Beeswax features luminous colors, a pleasant beeswax scent, and clean handling. The wax can be kneaded into fine details without crumbling or smearing. Its firm consistency also encourages hands-on sensory exploration during art and modeling activities.
For easier modeling, warm the beeswax in your hands until it becomes pliable. Younger children may benefit from having the wax softened in warm water before beginning.
