Cotton Loop Bag Sizes Explained: Rosa, Eleanor & Martha Packs (10" & 7")
If you’ve been shopping our cotton loops for potholders and wondered what the Rosa, Eleanor, and Martha Packs mean… this post is for you.
Our Keep On Looping cotton loops come in three bag sizes, and now they come in two loop sizes too: our original 10" loops for the Model 27 Loom, and our new 7" loops for the Model 19 Loom. Instead of calling the bags small, medium, and large, we chose something more meaningful.
Each bag size is named after a woman whose leadership reflects the spirit of that pack.
Here’s what each one represents… how many loops you get in each size… and how to choose the right pack for your next project.
10" or 7"? Start With Your Loom
Before you pick a bag, pick your loop size. Loops need to match the loom you weave on.
10" loops fit our Model 27 Loom and make a finished potholder about 8" x 8". Think of it as the grown-up version: a nice, thick potholder that's ready for the kitchen.
7" loops fit our Model 19 Loom and make a finished potholder about 6" x 6". It's the perfect size for kids, short attention spans, and hands with arthritis or limited dexterity. It's also great for making mug rugs!
Both sizes come in the same Keep On Looping colors and the same three bag names, so once you know your loom, choosing a pack works the same way.
